   I am so happy that I finally found a gym close to home and that is everything I was hoping for. The staff is friendly and the place is immaculate. The weights are always in order and the hours suit my needs. I have also referred my whole family to this gyme, you will not be disappointed.

   I have been going to Body Designs for years and I feel like it's a second home for me. The staff is friendly and I feel I can be myself. It is the perfect place for beginners and people who don't want attitudes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym.

   I found the gym to be at or above the level of other gyms in this region. The equipment was sufficient and the staff were helpful. I did notice a big difference worthy of note...the place was full of good friendly people. This gym gave off a feeling of acceptance and less judgement. I didn't feel as though i needed to dress or smell a certain way for people to treat me with respect.
