    My wife's jaw was destroyed by a Dentist in Columbia. Craig Hall put her back together some 20 years ago, using bone from her skull. He gave her life. Such a nice guy, so said to here this news. He was a great person, active in Operation Smile helping children all over the world helping deformed children who had no resources. Terrible.....
    I hope someone posts a charity or some place we can honor him.

    My heart is breaking to hear about the passing of such a wonderful man. A gifted doctor who helped so many. He took a cyst off my daughter's face and never left a scar. I only found out now because I wanted to see him myself for a problem To his family..I am so sorry for your loss.Dr. Hall, I will never forget you.

    I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Hall for the corrective surgery that he performed on me a few years back. It has changed my life and I am forever grateful to this man.
