User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBeen here dozens of times. Place gets crowded and wait is very long. You have to get there at the right time. Food has always been very good, but the portions have been reduced, expecially the world famous ribs. The service aint what it used to be ever since the general manager was moved to Scottsdale. He ran a very tight ship and it showed. His replacement has nowhere near the standards that used to apply. Why do people bring tiny babies to this place? Brownie desert will throw you into a tailspin of delight!!

Show not respect towards their clients, the waits are over 2 hours.

I absolutely love Houstons in Hackensack. The food is excellent and you will definitely will not disappointed. The wait time is about 30 minutes or so and I've never been & waited less time, however, I'm telling you its worth the wait. It's a little pricey but when you're getting great food, again, well worth it!
