Horrible. I wait there forever even with an appointment. I had the flu and felt miserable so I made an appointment to cut down on the wait. It was no less than an hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment that I got called into a room. Then another 15-20 minutes of waiting. I highly recommend going elsewhere as I will. Being that this is within walking distance, it would be great when I am sick. But, I would rather drive 20 minutes for less waiting. The doctors are nice and seem to know their stuff, but the waiting is absolutely a deal breaker.

If you need to have a 'walk-in' appointment for a doctor...go elsewhere. An emergency room visit to Mt. Sainai Hospital in the middle of Manhattan will be faster than going to Valley! Even if you have a scheduled appointment, you should plan on wasting two hours of your life to do so before being seen.
Having said that, I've found the doctors at this office to be very competent but the wait to see one of them is torturous and unbearable. I'd give the staff's performance in scheduling appointments one star and the doctors five stars...Hence my three star average.

An hour after my scheduled appointment I STILL hadn't seen the doctor. The office staff couldn't CARE LESS about you. If you ask them a question, they are annoyed you interrupted their gossip and if I hadn't asked them why I was still waiting, they would've left me there for 3 hours.

I liked my doctor okay, but she seemed a tad hurried. Probabaly because the staff way overbooks.

I found them incredibaly incompetent, uncaring, disorganized (they had crossed my name off the list while I was still in the waiting room and each girl was more confused than the next) and the type of girls who got their certification from one of those sleazy get certified to run a medical office in 2 weeks type programs.

I will NOT be going back and DO NOT recommend them.

Very unprofessional.
