User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy car got towed twice by this company and the expericence was horrible. 1st time, okay it was my falut. When I got there, I should pay only cash for $300. I should walk around to find out an ATM.
This morning when I was ready to go to work, walked to parking lot, and found out my car towed again with NO reason at this time. Long story short, I called them up and what the lady said was "that happens (sounded like what's wrong with you)" without any apology. And still waiting a call from the owner for 1 hour (I didn't want to deal with her). If you found out your car was just gone without any reason in the morning (only by their mistake), you can imagine how frustrated I was. And what returned was NO apology.
