    Never had an issue, always quick easy and realiable. Nice to have car wash at same time as oil change.

    terrible service! horrible. I'm completely appalled. not only did they leave me window open, but then when I tried to speak to a manager he ripped up the incident report i filed for my sud-filled car. Alex Stukelman is the worst manager in the history of this company.

    The WORST Customer Service!: So I'm what they call a "VIP Customer" where I'm supposed to get special offers and services - that's a big joke! One of the services they offer is a free car wash within 24 hours if something happens - "no questions asked." I paid for an oil change which comes with a car wash, yet I still upgraded the wash. I then drove to a friends house around the corner and berries fell all over it. I went right back to them, where their General Manager "Alex" said that I have 24 hours to get it re-washed, but the would not do it then. I stated I was leaving for Massachusetts at 4am the next morning, and I was unable to then make the 24 hour deadline. He refused to give me some sort of credit for when I returned, stated that the computers would not allow that. After some insulting remarks from him, I walked away. I drove my car around the back looking for a rag to wipe it off myself. A man who stated he worked there 7 years ago said he would help, but come to find out later in the evening is that instead of helping, he stuck GUM to the inside of my door handle! Don't use them! Look at how they treat a "VIP Customer." I'd hate to see what they would do to you if you just show up!!!
