User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBy far the worst Honda Dealership in the Tri-State. Car is perfect, dealership is horrible. Plan on spending hours sitting around for them to actually get anywhere. Also good luck getting your plates, it's a little over 5 weeks with temps that have expired and no help in site. We're told "will be here soon, will be here tomorrow" just to never arrive. They care about getting your money, then you are forgotten. Horrible service. I'd find the next closest dealership

We had such an awful experience buying a used car with dc honda in tenafly so We went here for a quote and advice,dealer Rafael helped us and took care of us, he answered all our concerns and helped us finance with a very acceptable apr of 8.99% but dc honda gave us 20.14% for we dont have good credit. dc honda held on to our downpayment for nearly 3 weeks up to now. once we get our money from dc we will definitely buy here asap! cheaper and better deal. If you dont believe me go to dc tenafly, ask for quote then go to dch paramus you'll see the difference. I will update this review with whatever turns out but so far it has been a pleasant positive welcoming experience. well see.

Never trust this dealer. I purchased vehicle from them in cash before 3 months. I didn't get title of my vehicle. Everyday they tells, you will receive it soon.
