User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsConsidering the good reviews, I visited them to buy a diamond pendant. I found the service people to be very snobbish. I felt pressured to commit to buying it the same day. The sales lady started putting away what i was looking at before finishing a conversation with me. There was no other customer in the store so there was no need to do this. I wasn't offered any drink though it was showcased so prominently on the floor. If it is only for VIP's then they should place it in another room. I am very disappointed with this place.

We have been going to the Diamond Exchange since 1994 and have been treated like VIP's every time we are there. Great service, exceptional product, fair pricing, and very trustworthy. We dont even consider shopping anywhere else..

This is really one of the best places to buy a diamond ring. Kiki was very helpful and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this place to anyone.
