User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would drive 50 miles before staying here again: To start I am a Platinum member. I was not given the room I ask for even after I brought it to the attention of the man at the front desk. The room cost twice what it should have the shower knob was so loose it moved 90 degrees before the water came on. I think they picked up the shower head at a garage sale in the 80's. When I was leaving I ask why I was not put on the floor or in the type of room in which I had asked to be in and the response was I was on the executive floor with the up graded rooms. If that was upgraded I would hate to se the normal rooms.
