User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsold tappan is the best: we ran out of formula for the baby on a sunday night and did not realize it until 10 pm. i called old tappan to see if they were still open and the manager said that they closed at 10. he then asked me what kind i needed, put me on hold and said that he had the formula and it would be waiting for me. thats the best customer service i have seen in a long time.!!!!! THANK YOU OLD TAPPAN!!!
