Horrible service, My father died this past year, and he is buried here. On his headstone we purchased an emblam saying "beloved father" & a vase. We discussed the positions of these items on the front, so that the emblam was in the center & vase on the side. 2 months later we see the vase is actually covering the emblam. We quickly submit our complaint. Nothing is done. This process continues over and over again. Over 6 months go by, where I call and complain to have this fixed. Meanwhile I feel that I am being ignored and considering how sensitive this business should be, we were treated rudely and it seemed they felt they were doing us a favor.
I still find it difficult to visit and not think of how disrespectful the service is. From the top management to the bottom, it all seems to be only concerned with getting your money and exploiting your pain... and less so about providing a place to mourn your loved one. I do not recommend this place for anyone. If you are looking for a place to bury your loved one, please inquire about how often their business receives complains to the better business bureou.
