User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnfair/unreasonable - sold me used car and claimed it was perfect out the door. Heat did not work properly and REFUSED any compensation for $1,000 repair bill. For a big corporation, I expected better treatment for an unforseen problem. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthis is to let you know that SERVICE is great. warm and friendly check in and BAGELS with coffee too !! all goes well even the SALES STAFF. we have purchased a few cars over the years both new and used and leased too. they really go the extra mile for your business. even a follow up call from the owner to see how all had gone with your dealings.

You must have the wrong dealership, D&C honda is a small family owned Dealership. You must mean DCH in Paramus which is corporate owned.
