User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI love Dunkin Donuts ice coffee and ice tea's. What i don't understand is, if coffee is their largest selling item,then how is it possible when you place your order,they only get it correct 5 times out of ten? For example, how do they not know what "large coffee, light and sweet means"? I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask for this. D.D menu is not all that extensive.Yet I'm still asked if I would like milk and sugar. There's is not they only location that I have experience this at.
