I had a terrible experience from the get go. I spoke with Kim, the manager, to find out how much it would be to sign up for a year paid in full. She was unable to give me the info. She said I must come down to get the rates. Once I explained my situation (twins, work long hours etc) she still was unable to bend a little. My feeling is if they are this unflexible to get me to join, they will not be very helpful if I come accross a problem. Which by these reviews and other people I have spoken with from the Westwood area , is likly to happen. The little power Kim was given has gone straight to her head. Maybe she should stick to teaching classes and not running the gym since she has know business sense. A lot less brains involved.
So now instead of having another member and 500 more dollars in the company's bank she will $0 and a very poor review written about her Gym. In this economy doesn't it make more sense to be pleasant and try to bring business in rather than turn it away with a terrible attitude. Maybe they are doing better than it looks in there.

I am also just waiting to cancel my contract with this gym. If you're looking to get motivated and HEALTHY I would suggest look elsewhere! They have been nothing but rude to me and have had absolutely no respect for me as a customer, 'they' are always right the customer is never right. Also if there's a problem with your account they don't take responsiblity and give you the run around by redirecting you to the main office where they barely bother to pick up the phone or fix the problem properly. I have learned a TON more from watching videos online than observing how their trainers 'train'. And the front desk 'ladies' have the worst attitudes completely disrespectful and rude it's just plain sad. I have seen them watching me and have seen the jealousy and insecurity on their faces LOL. I will be happy when the contract ends and take my business elsewhere. Never Ever again.

I've been a member for about a year now, and am getting sick of the attitude these "ladies" that work there have. They stare you up and down and gve you looks, if you ask a question they give you a snotty attitude and when your working out they look at you like, whatare you doing type looks. Instead of encouraging you they make you feel like crap. I'm counting the days till my contract is up so I cdotn ever have togo back there
