About:Basil T's is one of New Jersey's first Brewpubs, featuring award winning handcrafted ales, 2002 and 2003 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal winner. An open antipasto bar in the center of the dining room is the staring point of our interesting Italian menu. The menu features Brick Oven Pizza, Italian Regional Specialties, including pasta, risotto, meat and fish. Basil T's is Zagat rated and considered one of Monmouth counties best bars.     food was very oily, very very over priced much better spots in Red Bank

    Extremely overpriced. $32 for a small piece of halibut (about the size of two packs of tic-tacs) and a ball of white rice. Salad was good so if you go stick with that. Service was poor but he apologized. Said we could get free coffee/espresso if we ordered desert...WHAT A DEAL! Two beers + Salad + 2 entrees = $89. Never again. Sorry Basil T's, but I'd prefer Olive Garden.

    Undercooked chicken /
    was sick all night afterwards.
    The ales are weak.
    Bartender was like a Gestapo.
    Way too pricey for the food.
    Better to eat at Cluck-U
    and buy-your-own from Spirits.
