In Atantic Highlands area,
Chens the best, Love the spicy 3 delight and the House special fried rice is a MUST.
Ming chu is 2nd best- very good chicken chow fun
all the others are OK. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsmy family like it.: I like their food very much. Such as general tso chicken. They also have a lot of yummy food in service. I have tried many places before. This is the best, good food , best service,and always have a smile on their face. One time i asked for delivery,The driver's name is Sunny and she brought my food with her cute happy face. She is a nice girl. My whole family says Cheng's Garden is the #1 Chinese Food Restaurant in Atlantic Highlands.

We have been ordering from Cheng's for the past nine years. They are the only Chinese place we will go to. The food is always high quality and delicious. Sunny is by far the friendliest, most cheerful lady. You can hear her smile through the phone when taking your order, and if you're lucky, she will be at your doorstep entertaining your kids as you scramble for money.
