Frank's is unique, they do have a good variety, and usually the food is pretty good, but their prices are ridiculously high, and the waitresses I've dealt with have big time attitude (especially the one that has been there forever). This definitely takes away from the atmosphere. Food is much cheaper elsewhere, but this place is like a cross between a deli and a diner so I think it fills a nitch market.
fantastic for breakfast or lunch. be prepared to wait a bit for a table on sunday morning but its worth it. a treasure here. the rolls are made daily at the restaurant and the egg salad is made to order. yum.
Awesome!! every time I go to the Jersey shore I make a stop at this place...Joe is the cutest thing EVER food is great and you get more than you pay for! I love diners (a dying breed) and this one is cozy and a real asset to the neighborhood.
I reluctantly tried the pork roll this time around...not bad- pretty good. (I am not one for wierd meat by-products...the thought of what's in a hotdog grosses me out), but go ahead - its good stuff.
I plan on stopping in in a few weeks on my way to NYC. See youse guys.
