Funny, but I can't seem to find my previous comment.

I have been dealing with Comcast for almost 3 months now regarding my aunt's missing cable box. She is hearing imparied so I have been helping her. (it was sent back but Comcast is claiming they never recieved it and my aunt is now in collections) I've spoken to several people at their Eatontown office, who will go unnamed, all of whom promised to try to resolve the issue and call me back. None of them followed through, and when I tried to call them, I was somehow switched to their national call center. After waiting on hold and listening to that God awlful "muzac", I then had to explain the entire story again, for probably the 6th or 7th time. This person actually did call me back the next day. I commend this person for trying her best to help me, but the problem is really a local comcast problem.

In the meantime, my aunt is planning to write a letter to the CEO of comcast..unless of course this is resolved, with confirmation in writing.

Comcast is not the best.: Comcast is a good company only when your asking for more channels. They will do that very fast because they know you will pay more money for those channels. When you are asking them to take some channels they get all mad and make you reprogram all the channels. They would never do this if you were asking for more channels. So 1 good word for this company is GREEDY.
