    This is a normal stop on my way to work, coffee is great and once in a while I will indulge in one of those high cholesterol sandwiches, which are very good but bad for my heart! Pork Roll/Ham/Bacon Egg and Cheese, all are delicious. This is a family owned/operated business and they are all friendly. You can catch up on local things in here, local teachers, town workers. childrens sports leagues and many from the Fort Monmouth community stop in.
    Lunches are great here too. Homemade fresh salads, - tuna/mac is a favorite. Sandwich and soup specials daily.
