Holiday Pools

I had a pool installed with Holiday pools and love it so much. The quality is the best. I had shopped around and when my 2 neighbors used 2 differnt pool companies they had so many night mares unlike my experience we were extremel satisfied. The girls in the store are they best.

i didnt have them install my pool but i go there for supplies all the time and that place is awesome, i have spent a lot of money at other places and went to holiday and the price was half and the pool was crystal clear in a few hours. if you need anything go there.

I spent a lot of money on my Holiday Pools pool. The construction is fair. We did have a small portion of the floor sink in & they did repair it without a problem. That is about all of the positives i can come up with.
The salesman, Shelly cheated us out of a 3' concrete walk that he said was included then denied it when it came time to bill us. The owner refused to even discuss the situation.
As far as the customer service goes, if someone actually answers the phone, they are usually not overly friendly. It may be a family business but the whole family needs a course in customer service.

Save your self a lot of hasle & look elswhere for a pool.
P.S. the pool was at least 6 inches shallower than stated in the contract. There was not much we could do about that because we did not know until it was completed & filled.
