    Horrible SalesRep - Robert: We went to the dealership intending on buying a car and/or atleast getting some respect. We had to deal with Robert, a sales representive, and all he did was compare King BMW to other BMW dealers... and he was very rude and arrogant! We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with his personal skills!!!! Robert did not know how to talk to us and seemed more like he was out to prove something. He needed to relax and remember that WE were the consumers.. all I can say is RUDE! He puts a bad name on King BMW.
