User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHad a problem, uncertain whether front end or tires. Took the car to Front End Shop. They determined that the problem was in my right front tire. Gave me directions to dealer. Even though they spent quite a bit of time on the car, they charged me nothing. I was 1,500 miles from home and ripe for being held up. These are good folks.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI THOUGHT THAT THE FRONT END SHOP ONLY DID ALIGNMENTS AND RELATED REPAIRS.I HAD MY CAR ALIGNMENT DONE THERE AND MY CAR NEVER DROVE SO GOOD!THEY INFORMED ME ABOUT OTHER MAINTENANCE THAT MY CAR NEEDED AND I USED THEM FOR THESE REPAIRS TOO.THE SHOP WAS VERY CLEAN AND MY REPAIRS AND RELATIONS WITH THE MANAGER,JAY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE USING THE FRONT END SHOP FOR ALL MY CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.I HAVE REFERRED MY FRIENDS TO THE FRONT END SHOP AND THEY ARE THANKFUL TO ME BECAUSE SOME OF THE REPAIR SHOPS THEY HAD USED PREVIOUSLY WERE NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AND ENDED UP COSTING THEM MORE MONEY,TIME,AND GRIEF.I HAVE USED REPAIR SHOPS FOR 30+YEARS NOW AND I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE USING THE FRONT END SHOP FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS AND I'M HAPPY I SENT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THERE ALSO!
