User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLou "The Load" Murgolo keeps this place as clean as it possibly can be. His devotion to this job has earned him a top spot in my heart and $20 for 2 hours of work. One day when I grow up I want to be just like him, minus the boner. Even though he kills rabbits and yells the N word in his house he is still an upstanding and remarkable man. He currently works on Sundays, from 1-3. I would recomend stopping by to see this young man at his finest, strictly cleaning up the mess that he makes. His favorite meal is a porkroll, egg, and cheese and he "makes it large." His determination and perseverance has caused him to overcome his constant struggle with high blood pressure. For all you trouble makers out there, don't even think about slipping him a Monster. THE LOAD HATES LOBSTERS.. nuff said

ive lived in the highlands for the past 3years. my grandparents have lived here for 50 years and ive been going to slaters ever since i was a little girl! i am 20 years old now and still love ordering from slaters, they have the best meat and freshest bread..its actually the only great sub place around here! its a great place to stop at during the summer time if you are heading down to the beach for the day instead of buying a hotdog for 4.00 and a cheeseburger for 5.00 with no fries at the beach!! makes sense to stop there!!!!
