ButtonWOOD is a WOULD NOT if you are looking for a restaurant with a courteous, professional staff and service. I had a 4:00 reservation, the time was confirmed by a Buttonwood representative and I was asked to be prompt or early. When I arrived I was greeted by a man named Damion, who just added my name on a list. I thought this was odd, so I inquired how long it would be, he barely looked over his glasses and barked an hour or more. I replied I have a 4:00 reservation and he said "yeah, we are busy." I was not the only one discontent or victim to their overbooking, as the other customers were annoyed as well. The lobby was full of already unhappy patrons. Once seated our waitress, an older woman with flaming red hair, had the personality of the fish on the menu and moved about as slow. We waited and WAITED for EVERYTHING. I asked for a drink and an hour later still did not have it. The table next to me was experiencing the same problems and Damion appeared, he told an elderly woman they were busy and she should "chill and just relax." There were unhappy people throughout the restaurant. I HAD been a customer here for years but have NEVER experienced such AWFUL service and RUDE management in my life at any restaurant. I would NEVER return or recommend this restaurant. It's initials say it all...BM!

Showers of Happiness: We had my friend's bridal shower here. The food was good. You get a lot for your money.
