We proudly offer NJ's only full scale, outdoor training facility (seasonal) ; affectionately named "The Yard", to further enhance your training experience. Fitness City also has a fully stocked pro-shop for any/all lifting and nutritional needs. We are located in a great, central location, close to the Aberdeen/Matawan RR station, and offer plenty of parking. You'll know you've arrived when you see our 10 ft "Hulk" statue who stands outside to welcome all who enter, and has become quite the destination for fun photo opportunities, as well ! We offer our 24 Hr.Key Club, and have normal operating hours "till 10 PM M-F, "till 6 PM Sat., and 3 PM Sunday. Call , anytime @ 732-566-2423. Last, but not least, I have proudly owned and operated F.C for almost 38 years...and have competed successfully at the State, National and International level for more years than that...and continue passing that knowledge forward, and still (always) learning and adapting, so our gym members can as well.
