What can you say about a bar/restaurant that's been in the same place for over 50 years? The usual crowd are locals (teachers, government, or city workers, etc.) who come here to have a drink and/or a decent meal. The restaurant area has about 10 to 12 tables and is often near capacity which indicates the quality of the food. They make a very good pizza here (not that unusual in New Jersey) and their salads, burgers, italian dishes are what most people come for.

From just sitting at the bar, I have noticed that they do a large amount of call-in orders and their customers consistantly return again and again.

There's usually a dinner special as well.
