Good burgers, steamer clams, fried oysters! The place is always crowded. These people wouldn't be here if the food weren't good.

The picture window by the bar provides a great view of the marina and the dolphins that are often swimming by.

Update: Ordered the open faced ruben and was terribly disappointed. The thing was burnt, the meat was way too thick and chewy, and the sauerkraut was dry. To top it off, the fries weren't completely cooked.

I noticed that a table near me sent another item back to the kitchen which wasn't to their liking as well.

This one is for YOU! Great food, amazing service and great ambiance. Casual dining with peanut shells all over the floor, misty river views and, yes, if you get there at the dinner hour there WILL be a wait but the quality of food is far from casual and the wait is well worthwhile. Try the smoked trout appetizer, try the shrimp parm, try the steak sandwich, try the best burger in NJ, bar none! Try anything on their menu .... you will not be disappointed. Even the sides are exquisite... the broccoli with Bearnaise sauce is to die for! I'm lucky I live just a few miles away and can come here on a regular basis! You should try it, this one's for you! We do not wish to go back to this restaurant again: We had to wait an hour to be seated after being told our wait would be no longer that half that time. Other people were being seated before us that came in after us with the same amount of people in their party.

Had to be careful not to slip with all the peanut shells on the floor.

Nothing very special about the ambience. There was a terrible odor outside the restaurant which sickened us before and after our meal.

The appetizers were partially burnt. Although the main entree was satisfactory with no complaints.

The Ladies Room had plumbing problems and could not be used.
