    DR. SAM AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL. HE TRULY LOVES ANIMALS AND TAKES HIS TIME WITH YOUR PET AND TAKES TIME WITH YOU AS THE PET OWNER.

    Dr. Castimore is great but his receptionist leaves something to be desired. No customer service skills apply. Very rude and makes you feel like she is doing you a favor by rushing you through questions. I don't think the Dr. would appreciate her rude and unprofessional phone manner. I am so glad I did not hve a true emergency today because she hung up before I was done speaking. Not good!!

    Dr.Sam is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to insure that you horse is taking care of to the fullest extent. He helped save my mare last fall. He was at her side giving her fluids 2-3 times a day for 3-5 days. He helped to insure that I have my time with my beautiful mare. I am lucky that the owner of the farm uses Dr. Sam and not someone else.
    I am eternally gratiful to him.
