I am so happy I found this shop. I used to go to the dealer, and that was getting extremely expensive. Everytime it was $600-$800, even for just maintenance. I went from local repair shop to local repair shop, never quite impressed with their knowledge.
I finally found my way to DTA (he sponsored my son's baseball team). Not only was he cheaper than the dealer, but he knew what he was taking about. I even tried to trip him up (I'm an air craft mechanic).
I am extremely satisfied.
This place is awful! The prices are crazy! He charges about $80 per hour, and does not use genuine parts. He also has young men do the work, that are never sure on what to do. You might as well go to the dealer, at least you will get genuine parts, professional service, and genuine parts.
Reliable & Expert Service: I was immediately impressed with the reliable and expert service provided by DTA. The emphasize on reliable. Thank you, Alex!

It is disheartening to hear that someone was dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this gentleman left no specifics about his complaint, but let me address a couple of his statements. There is no repair shop in the area charging less than $80/hr. Dealerships typically start at $95-$125/hr. 70% of the parts that we install are OEM parts. If availability is an issue or the vehicle is older we will use aftermarket/name brand parts, many of whom make them for vehicle manufacturers. On VW/Audi & BMW we use only OEM parts, even the oil filter. As far as the age of our mechanics, they are 39, 37 & 19. The 19 year old is an apprentice mechanic and he works on C level work (oil changes, tire mounting, belts..) that is personally double checked by myself. You can never satisfy everybody, but I would have preferred if this person would have brought his concerns to myself.
