User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI use to be a big fan of Mammas It is still good but I like Sonnys better. I grew up in Htown for 38yrs moved away to the midwest and the box at any pizza place in Jersey would probaly taste better than anything here. I go to Sonnys because pizza is always good crispy not skimpy on the toppings,Mammas is a little skimpy w/ the toppings The owner use to own the Villa on 57 for yrs and now his son runs it and he is a very nice kid.Every time I come to Jersey I load up on pizza to take back!!

I must say I love pizza. I have had it all. Most of the pizza is garbage except for a few places in brooklyn, Coney Island and Hackensack and I must say Sonny's II is great. The dough has a sweet hint and so does the sauce. He uses a nice sweet sausage and sweet onions cut up in little pieces. There is also a Sonny's in Andover which is good too but not terrific.

not sure what spinin was saying. this is by far the best pizza in hackettstown. although i've only had from here, enzo's and franks, its by far the best of those three.
