I was new to Hcktstown, one fine morning engine light comes on and did not know which mechanic to go to. Read reviews and deiced to try out Hoffs. Just been there once and so far liked the level of service and professionalism they showed and their costs are very competitive too.
Will definitely go back to Hoff's for my whatever my Audi needs.
Just came back from Hoff's today and I got to say, this is a refreshing change from the usual repair shops! They have a great drop off service for local people but if you are not local, just ask them to drop you of at Panera. I was able to work on the internet and have lunch while they worked on my car. Linda and the front staff were awesome! They were honest, upfront about the repair costs. In fact they pride themselves on being accurate in their diagnoses (the very first time) and in estimating repair costs (also in the very first time). These guys caught the repair issue which the auto dealers repair shop had misdiagnosed and the actual repair cost me a third of what the dealer repair shop had quoted me! These guys are a little far from where I live but I am done searching for another repair shop- there is always Panera!! For a $10 new customer discount, tell them Sameer (from the internet) referred you! BTW, the dog is just a very curious busybody and very friendly. Thanks, Sam
Being relatively new to this area, I was happy to find this garage. From reading their website and spending a couple hours there, I can see this is a friendly, courteous, and customer service orientated family owned business. They offered me the option of waiting or providing me a ride home. I chose to stay in their waiting area where they provided coffee, tea and a television. While waiting, I witnessed many interactions with customers and every one of them was friendly and professional. They even provided free advice.
I brought my car in for brake service and after the initial diagnoses they provided me very honest feedback and provided a few options. The options were regarding the quality of parts. I felt the advice was sound and there was no up-selling.
They also provided me a $10 discount for my first service and explained the referral program to me. If you refer a new customer, the new customer and you will receive $10 discount (feel free to use me as the referrer ;-)). I never asked for it, they just applied the discount.
Bottom line: I was so happy with this experience; I can finally say I have found my auto shop.
