    I recently tried Phil's for my Volvo which was displaying some inconsistent but troublesome symptoms. Their diagnostic programs were very helpful, and the service was excellent. I plan to return there for my regular servicing.

    I have nothing but good things to say about Phil's. I took my car 325xi in because it failed inspection due to emissions. Phil could have really charged me an arm and a leg to fix this. But instead he found what he believed to be the smallest problem and fixed it... same day! While he was at it he asked to repair an LED light that the dealer had estimated 4X more the cost to fix. I will go back and I'd send my friends.

    I dont know what this last person did to piss Phil off, but this place is great. Maybe its because he mostly does work on Audis and VWs - not as many BMWs? I dont know... but Phil is the nicest guy and his wife is just as sweet. They call you and tell you your estimate before they do any work - unlike most places that just do it and then bombard you with a huge bill. His prices for work are reasonable and he works fast. He gives you a rundown of everything that needs to be fixed and makes helpful suggestions. They even offered to sell me parts to do work myself on the car - without being pushy about having them install the parts. I know everyone has opinions and different experiences, but everyone I know who brings a car there is always satisfied.
