I went in to test drive a 08 Rogue. After loving the car they started their sales tactics of 'we want to put you in this car and started working their numbers'. Tony the Mgr was very forceful. The sales guy was nice enough but the finance dept there was rude and even called me by a different name!
Long story short they didn't have the color I wanted so they told me they would give me another rogue send me home with that one and then I could come back in a day or two and they would go get mine. They wanted me to buy a car I hadn't even seen! Then they finance rate was high and they were 'creative' with their numbers. Long story short I told them I wanted to walk away and they got very rude and bullied me. Finally the finance guy walked out of the office and I got my car back.
Please shop around at other dealers. I ended up in Keyport at Pine Belt Nissan. They gave me a great deal, went and got my car and brought it to me first before I signed the paperwork, got a great rate to finance and they were friendly profession and courteous. Don't go to Denville Nissan..PLEASE save yourself the time and hassle!
We went down to this dealership a week ago. We looked into buying a car. They rushed us into a car and sent us home without even doing to paper work. We tried to contact them a million times and no one would tell us what was going on. We thought that if we did not agree to all the terms they came up with we could bring it back. That was not the case. We brought the car back and said we did not agree to the terms and they said too bad you have to buy it now because you signed a contract with the price of 250 on it and that is what we came up with now. It took 7 DAYS to finally get to that price. Give me a break! We did not want the car and we just wanted to leave it there, but the GENERAL MANAGER said he would call the bank and put through the loan and then have it towed to our house. How unprofessional! We finally said that we would just pay them 250 for the time we had it and it must have been a miracle because they took the 250 and finally took the car back! I would NEVER send anyone to that dealer. Very rude and unprofessional. You would think with all the complaints about the GENERAL MANAGER they would finally hire someone who knows what they are talking about.
Horriable Horriable!!! I purchased 2 cars from here n i got crapped on!! I recently bought my 2 nd car and the salesman told me i was approved by nissan bank.. took the car.. 3 days later the finance man calls me saying bring the car back.. u weren't approved!!!.. I was sooo upset started askin a million questions then the GENERAL SALES MANAGER called me and said bring me the car back. I said no i want to speak with the owner he told me that he will never give me the owners number. and to do my research on the computer for the owners number, He then said weather u bring the car back or not you will niot get ur deposit back. I was furious. I asked him what is ur title?? cause ur acting liek a child. He was like I am the GENERAL SALES MANAGER and what's ur title In a sarcastic way. I just went to another nissan Lynn;s nissan in stanhope. They were great, but i will not ever go back to denville nissan again!!!
