User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy children and I have trained at Martial Inspiration Centers for several years and I have to say that it was the best decision I have made for my family. Maybe I'm biased but in the time we have been training there the benefits have been endless. To see my daughter grow into a confident young woman from the scared insecure girl has made be proud and grateful for her training with Sensei Kaye. To see my son become more focused and disciplined at school and at home as a result of his karate training is rewarding. In the time that I have trained, I met some incredible people, disciplined myself, attained inner peace, learned great life lessons, took care of my body physically, calmed myself mentally, and found something so productive and a lifestyle so simple and active that I may never be able to find something this great ever again. MIC ROCKS!!!!
