Can't say enough good things about Black Hills Customs. From the smallest chrome bolt to complete engine work they are top grade. They have always gone over my bikes completely to ensure safety. Friendly, honest and punctual at all times. Now, after using numerous bikes shops, I have one that I love who do what you ask right the first time. Within this area they are second to none. Ken and staff are friendly and courteous and I refer anyone I know to them with total confidence.

and I thought shops like this were gone forever...: Talk about a hidden treasure!

When you first walk in to Black Hills Custom, you are surprised at how clean and neat the place is. It has a nice selection of items, all at reasonable prices. Someone will walk over with a smile and say, "Hello, how are you doing today? , Is there anything I can help you with"? What a nice change from the usual attituse by a lot of shops that seem to think because they slapped together a bunch of pre-fab parts, that now they are the new Motorcycle God.

The real pleasure comes from Ken, the owner. He knows his stuff inside and out. He will sit a talk TO you not AT you. When you are asking questions about making more power, he really listens. He will ask you what your riding style is, how your bike runs now, what would you would like to get out of a performance upgrade...

Then, after he explains it all to you, there is no hard sell. He tells you to think it over and let him know.

I have not seen anyone do business like this in a long time. Great work and a great way of making people feel like they are bringing their bike to a long-time friend, not some wanna-be tough guy salesman.

I will be a regular customer from now on.
