Tonight, 24th October 2009 at 8:00PM, we dropped by this particular KFC outlet as we always do. It was raining, so I decided to drop my wife off close to the door, and does the order while I wait for her in the parking lot. That way, I can move the car close to the door again when she comes out and not let her get wet.

However, it was already 8:25PM, 25 minutes past the time she came in and no sign of her. So, I went inside to check why it took so long. Only did she explained to me, that she ordered our usual menu of mixed chicken. What is ridiculous is that when she ordered, there was only one item of the mixed order that was available and she was to wait until the other item was cooked. However, when the second item was available, the first item was no longer available. So the circus just goes on and on. Of course it will never end and we still did not have the order that was already paid in advance.

In other words, it was served to given to someone else that came later, and that included the drive thru customers. I was in the parking lot in front of the drive through and cars stay for only a minute and drive off, while, my wife inside the store had been waiting for our order.

This is a RIDICULOUS and IDIOTIC customer service. Of course, we left without our order after 30 minutes, demanded a refund of our payment.
