User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHand-return videos: This blockbuster stinks! We returned a video and they said we didn't return it. It must not have been checked in by their employees DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BLOCKBUSTER. We tried to resolve the issue with the store manager and she was rude and snippy about the whole situation In customer-service businesses, they should not be treating their customers this way. We are NEVER renting from that blockbuster again.
