Am I surprised to see the bad review here. I shop at VitaMart all the time and looked here to find their phone number today. I am impressed that they care enough to refrigerate the flours and other items which other stores leave on the shelves to go rancid.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the whole shipment of cereal may have infested at the manufacturer? Did you go and ask for a refund or do you just complain anonymously in public forums? Unfortunately any time you have non-fumigated organic products moths are a possibility. I am suspicious of stores that sell organic products but have their premises sprayed for bugs. IMHO a couple moths is a lot better then non-organic organic products.

Any time I have ever had a product issue or question they have always been more then helpful.

On a side note did you pass High School English? I usually say "Bye" when I leave people I like whereas I "Buy" items.

I would ask the people at yahoo to remove your review as I personally think you are way off base and probabally did not even try to resolve this issue with the merchant. I have never been other then impressed with the people at this establishment.

Never go to that store, please!: This is the most terrible health foood shop I ever visited. All items I considered to bye were out-of-date. The multi-grain cereal I bought was eaten by insects. They store flours and grains in the fridge, which means they are not fresh at all.
