    Always helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant. Our landscaping designed and installed by Halls still gets compliments four years on. When one plant died Halls replaced it within a day of my mentioning it, no forms, no issues, no mess. Halls always helps out local community events too. They are an all-round great operation.

    I did not have a good experience shopping with them. It depends on whom you are delaing with. The genteleman I dealt with was very rude and showed a lot of attitude. I understand that they are busy and dealing with lots of customers (if they cannot handle the inflow of customers hire more people but be patient when dealing with customers)I am a paying customer as well, it is their job to provide the service and clarification and not be rude.
    This experience does not leave me with any incentive to give them repeat business. I also think they products are Good but overpriced.
