Efficient service, but clerk can be and often is arrogant and unfriendly. It would be much nicer to walk into a welcoming environment, but not necessary to get the job done.

100% spot on! The gentleman that works there is extremely unfriendly and arrogant is an understatement.

couldnt agree with you guys more I went there and this guy wouldnt take my packages saying that the store isnt open for another 20 minutes and he had an attitude about it hate people like that wish you could wish them away but the lady is nice at least

100% accurate. Jim is the man who is being described, he is also the supervisor if you can believe that. No matter whether you talk to him in person or over the phone, you get the same discourteous attitude, feel as if you are being talked down to, and definitely leave with a bad taste left in your mouth. I don't enjoy having to deal with him on the rare occasion's I do. Also the mail man who delivers my mail must be one of the laziest people I've encountered. Rather than dropping my package off at my door, I watched him fill out a 'Sorry We Missed You' slip and drive away. Worst Post Office Ever, you should all call 1-800-ASK-USPS and complain formally.

You most likely dealt with the woman who works down there, she is very helpful and friendly, especially in comparison to the others. Either that or you work there ;)
