Soup Shoppe catered a luncheon for my organization yesterday. The sandwiches and salad were delicious. I would definitely use them again.

I just moved to the area and stopped in the other day with my boyfriend for lunch. I thought it looked like a cute place and hoped it would be a good place to pick up food quickly and easily in a pinch. I am not difficult to please, good quality food at a reasonable price is not too much to ask for. I will not be frugal as long as the food is quality and worth the price. We ordered 2 small sandwiches (turkey & ham) and find out that they were not even freshly made, and you have to pick them out of a refrigerator. I could see just by looking at them that they were not going to be enjoyable, but we were so hungry as we had been moving all day so we just picked them up. We also ordered 2 small soups and grabbed a soda and snapple from the fridge. We got to the counter and discovered the price for this stuff was $25.00. I was so tired and hungry that I didnt say much, however after getting home and eating, we realized we were ripped off. The sandwiches were dry and the bread was very hard. Like I said, I don't mind paying when what you're getting is quality, but this was just terrible. We could have gone to Panera Bread and gotten much better food for ALOT less money - next time we will!
