    Professional, clean and friendly: What first surprised me was how much they focused on what I wanted. They talked about what I needed. They wanted to be sure I was happy. They had dropcloths and dustpans. I was very satisfied.

    Responsive, helpful and reliable: I wanted to get better lighting for inside and outside my house. They had several ideas to suggest and said it depended on what I wanted. They were clean, polite and a pleasure to work with.

    They were very courteous and professional.: It seemed like a big job to me but they gave an estimate and did the work without any problems. I gave them top marks for everything on the follow up survey they sent me. (They even cleaned up after themselves.)

    Reliable and prompt: I needed quick service and they arranged to get here quickly. They gave an estimate over the phone for my problem and they stayed within the price range.
