This place is a nightmare. He's supposed to have gone to Tufts Dental so I thought he would be really good. His wife is his secretary and she is extremely dishonest. She told me he was in my plan and HE WAS NOT so that meant more money out of my pocket. Also, he must use the absolute CHEAPEST lab to get his crowns because what he put in my mouth looked like a toy tooth you get for Halloween. It wasn't even the right color - nowhere close! His wife said it's because I can bleach later on. Also, I've had caps put on before and he didn't even clean or dry the area before plopping the permanent crown on my tooth! I can't believe his license hasn't been taken away. To add insult to injury the HIDEOUS looking cap broke hours after I left his office!!! I tried calling them and there was no answer and not even an answering machine or answering service to pick up. Granted, he WAS willing to replace the tooth, but if he doesn't even clean or dry the area first why would I want him to, and if the tooth looks completely ridiculous (it barely had any ridges!) of course I don't want him to replace it. Now my insurance is telling me unless they return the money to them I can't get the tooth fixed by anyone else for 5 years. If he'd been in my plan the insurance could have helped me out. Also, they billed me UPFRONT for everything and I stupidly paid them on DAY ONE. Ugh!
