User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWent in there, there was a gentleman named Bob behind the counter he was assisting someone there, had to wait a few minutes before my turn but was worth the wait. He explained everything in full detail, and not in that techno gobbleygook, in plain english, tuned up my new radio that I purchased at the store there and it sounds and performs great, i would recommend these people to anyone whom needs service or is looking for a new radio

I did not want to drive the 40 miles to their location at first, but after I was there it was worth the trip. I would recommend them for sales and service. Customer service was great, and you could not ask for better. I left with my purchase and will be a return customer again and again.
