The Sicilian is right! they really know how to cook the pizza! They always have fantastic delivery drivers who are very quick on deliveries!

There was this specific young man, with a backwards red hat.. Very funny young man, and knows how to delivery the pizza with a laugh!

Summit Brick Oven really knows how to make a pizza. Their bosses, Vinny and Vito, (brothers) are very funny, and know how to run the business. They really know how to get the job done. They are caring, and treat all the younger employees like sons they never had. For myself, a Sicilian, it was a pleasure to work for them in the past.

I used to go there very excited to get behind the counter, and help customers get their food.. They are the most reliable pizzeria in Summit.. They know how to work with people, because they have people skills.

Their food is very high quality, and very excellent.

I hope one day I get to work for them again.. just one last time.
