When my wife and I leased our Cherokee from this dealership we were very impressed and felt like a part of their family. Since then, our opinion of this dealership has gone downhill. I wouldnât say its the whole dealership. Our dissatisfaction lies within customer service.
We needed to bring the vehicle in for a few items which is normal. For some items we were told they couldnât find the problem and we were sent on our way even though we showed them the issue. I tried to schedule another appointment and they made us feel like a number not a customer. When they finally did find and resolve the issue on the third try they didnât put everything back together correctly. (Bumper) I ended up fixing it in my driveway.
Like I said at first we loved this place. Now we take our vehicle somewhere else where for service where we are treated right. I would say that their sales team is good but do you really want to deal with a service department that canât fix issues on the first try causing you to take more time off of work and family? Oh and they will never let you use a loaner car by the way. I especially didnât like getting treated like a number.
If you are going to make a purchase or lease from a dealership they should be able and WILLING to support you in a positive and productive manor throughout your entire experience with them. In my opinion this dealership falls way short of that.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSales and service have been first class: For a big dealership this place treated us great. Service like a small shop, but stock, expertise, and accommodations of the big places. Body shop had competitive prices also.
DON'T BUY GM PRODUCTS, GM does not stand behind them. Buy a Dodge here.
