Dealer said we needed CV Joint Boots. Said oil plug was stripped. Complained that plug was stripped by dealer since no one else performed oil changes. After fight, dealer agreed to do $500 oil pan change free of charge. Received bill for over $600 for CV Boot replacement and $0 for oil pan change. Guess what. Oil pan was chaged as promised, but CV boots were never touched. Nice CON right. My only mistake was that I failed to bring a TV News crew in and expose the lie with receipt in hand.

over priced: way over priced. i bought the same tires 40 bucks cheaper right across the street at madison tire.

cheaters: all i wanted was for them to check my air bag lights, knowing that it just needed to be trouble-shooted; they told me that i would have to buy a new air bag system. I noticed that they might have been trying to cheat me, so I decided to go somewhere else.
