User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPaid a deposit for the furniture in March based on the quoted lead time 10-12 weeks. Was told each week at weeks 12, 13 and 14 that it "was coming next week" and then disappointed. (still waiting by the way)
I have no confidence in their ability to manage a consumer-centric business since they don't stock the items and can't rely on thier suppliers to get them the products. (Nice showroom though)
In addition, we paid more than we could have online since we thought going with the cheapest source was a recipe for poor customer service.-

BEST CRIB PLACE EVER! Not only is there a great selection, but the people are so wonderful to deal with. Ask for Ritchie. He is the owner and is such a nice guy. They give FABULOUS discounts. I will be sure to go back there for my second child.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey were the BEST in my opinion!!!: We checked other baby stores- This store was by FAR the BEST!!!! The service was excellent and so were the choices. I especially appreaciated the quality of their furniture compared to the other local chain baby stores. Believe it or not - we actually paid less for a set here then we would have at the chain store. We did buy a set that was on clearance - but like I had mentioned earlier - their Quality (Crib & Teen World) was far better. Check out the guard rails on the other sets - they seem flimsy- I would not want to place my baby in one of those. Delivery and set up is also at a reasonable price!! Can't go wrong!!

The customer's order was on 4/18/08. They received their crib 7/25/08. It was about three weeks late. For us, that not acceptable. We offered the customer a brand new loaner and a discount. Since, the customer has received their crib and are very happy with it. Delays sometimes happen...we always try our best to take care of our customers. For the record, this is the only complaint from a customer on ANY review site ever!!
