Sirin Thai Restaurant

My husband and I lived in the Morristown area a few years ago, then returned to California, to the Los Angeles area, where we still live.
However, with family in NJ we do get back to the area a number of times a year.
One thing is certain every time we come back to Northern NJ -- we always save an evening to go to Sirin Thai. The food is simply superb, and the service excellent. The duck especially is my favorite -- and the mango sticky rice nearly melts in your mouth. It is the best Thai restaurant I've been to the U.S. Seriously.
Not only do we live in the Los Angeles area where Thai food is ample because of the large Thai population, but we have traveled in Thailand many times. So perhaps this gives us a little extra credibility when we praise Sirin Thai's food so highly.

I only wish Sirin Thai would expand and open a restaurant in Los Angeles! We'd be there all the time. Thank you again for so many wonderful evening and fantastic food -- we look forward to many more such lovely evenings in the years to come, every time we're back in Northern NJ.

My wife and I are Thai food fans for many years. We moved from San Fran last year and very disappointed with the imitated Thai restaurants: French Thai, Malaysian Thai and whatever Thai restaurants that pop up everywhere in NJ. We are more than happy to find a real wonderful authentic Thai. We've tried most of the items on the menus and of course every specials they offered, but never once skip "Hong Hern" the best duck on earth!!
Desserts are out of the world too, such as the best Hazelnut Tartufo, and perfect sticky rice-heavenly. The staff is very sweet and helpful. We have been regular for the past 8 months, and make trips to Sirin at least once a week. It takes us 50-60 minutes drives, but it's so worth it.

My wife and I are from New York and we were looking for a good restaurant before went to the theater in Morristown. We heard such good things about Sirin Thai from friends and we read reviews online that were superb. We decided to try it out.

It was beyond what we expected. The owner greeted us with such a warm welcome and suggested the best dishes. We tried their famous duck as she suggested and it was absolutely to die for. I don't think we've ever had Thai food like this before. The appetizers were amazing and each very different. Most Thai places that we've been to have dishes that taste very similar. Here at Sirin Thai, each dish was unique and flavorful.

We will definitely bring our friends and family back. It was well worth it. Can't wait to go back!
