Don't take your business here...: This service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. I took my year 2000 Tundra in for an oil change in the early fall of 2005, as I did every 5,000 miles, and when I went to pick it up, the service guy asked if I live near the shore. (Why would I drive to Morristown for an oil change if I lived near the shore?) When I stated no and questioned why he asked me that, he stated that I had an unusually large amount of rust under the bed of my truck that was beginning to come through to the top inside of the bed (I have a heavy rubber mat in it so I rarely see the top inside of the bed) and stated that he had taken several pictures of the underside, while it was up on the lift. He took me over to his computer and showed me five or six pictures of the rusting areas. I was horrified at the huge amount of rust on a five year old truck, as was the service guy. He stated that he felt there was a factory issue with the bed and that when it was 'dipped' at the factory into the sealer or whatnot, that the sealer did not adhere properly to these areas, thus they were rusting through. He stated that he had seen this before a few times. He then told me that the Toyota corporate rep for this area would be coming to their location within the next few weeks and that he would speak to her regarding this rust issue, show her the pictures and contact me so that I could also speak to her directly. I followed up two weeks later and was told that she had not yet been there and that he would let me know. A week later, I followed up again and received the same response. A few days later, I received an anonomous phone message, stating that the Toyota corporate rep was at the dealership that day. Someone from there had obviously been aware of what was going on and was kind enough to clue me in. I immediately called the service guy and he was not too happy to be hearing from me again so soon. He stated that He would call Me when he knew anything. I stated that I was well aware that the rep was at their dealership that day and he started yelling at me, asking how did I know that and who told me. I told him that I didn't know who it was that told me and that I wanted to come over there to meet briefly with the rep to discuss what he and I had spoken of regarding the rust. He paused and then stated...what rust? He totally and completely denied knowing of it, taking pictures of it or discussing it with me. He acted as if he didn't even know who I was or what I was calling about. I hung up the phone and called back for his manager, getting his voicemail. An hour later, the manager had not yet called me back. I called again, asking directly for the corporate rep, and was put on hold for an extensive period of time. I was then told that the rep had no interest in speaking with me as she was aware of 'what was going on', that she was busy in meetings all day and that if I wanted a new bed for my truck, they would give me a 20% discount on the cost of a new one but not on the labor to have it put on. A 20% discount on an already marked up part is not what I wanted. I wanted to speak with the rep, face to face and go over what the service guy told me and showed me and see what she had to say. I was denied the opportunity and will never again go to this dealership. Could I have attempted to 'fight city hall' and gone directly to corporate? Yes. Did I? No. I didn't then and don't now have the time or energy to fight with Toyota and deal with liars and cheats. This will ultimately be Toyota's loss as the Tundra was my third (and now last) Toyota purchase, thanks to Toyota of Morristown and the corporate rep who couldn't give me the time of day, nor would anyone even give me her name.

extreamly poor customer service: My entire experience has been noting but a nightmare. From the purchase to the service department. They have extreamly poor business ethics and practices. The customer means nothing. Once a problem arises they run the other way. You either live with the problem or pay through the nose. If it is poor service and no satisfaction you are looking for than shop here. If it is quality and satisfaction you are looking for try another dealership.

buyer beware you have been warned: buyer beware you have been warned:

Notice their motto "completely satisfied" it should really read "completely dissatisfied". They are not customer friendly at all. When a problem arise they could care less about the customer. What ever happened to the customer comes first? Here the customer comes last. Please do not buy a car here do yourself a favor, avoid the aggravation and hardship and go to another dealership. If you do choose to buy a car here you will be sorry. How a dealership like this can stay in business and treat a customer with no respect is beyond me.

There are too many other dealerships and choices of cars around for you to choose from.

    Remember you have been warned:
